1029ACCESS, publicly known as 1029 Access, is responsible for the processing described here. Its identification and contact details are provided in the legal notice.

Contact enquiries

The form collects your name, email address, subject and message so that we can assess your enquiry and reply. This information is necessary to process your request.

The legal basis is the taking of pre-contractual steps when you enquire about a service. For other correspondence, it is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us.

Messages are intended for people authorised to handle them within 1029ACCESS. Technical hosting and email providers are involved to the extent necessary to operate the service.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are retained for no more than 12 months after the last exchange. When a contractual relationship is established, the applicable periods are specified within that relationship, subject to legal obligations.

Security and technical logs

The server may process the IP address, date, requested URL and request outcome to ensure the security and operation of the service. Message contents are not recorded in application logs. Abuse prevention temporarily uses the IP address in memory for fifteen minutes.

The existing proxy rotates its logs daily and retains seven archives. Website hosting and the email relay are provided by OVH SAS. The provider's processing arrangements are described in its data protection policy.

Cookies and audience measurement

This website does not include advertising tools, audience trackers, remote fonts or embedded third-party content. The website code does not use cookies. No consent banner is therefore provided for this configuration.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions set out in applicable regulations, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and request portability where applicable.
